In honour of International Dog Day last week, we’re celebrating our faithful friends, whether that’s Dogs, Birds, Horses and any other loyal friends you may have. We would love to see your pictures!

To enter, all you need to do is submit a picture of the Loake Shoes you are enjoying wearing right now alongside your faithful friends via Facebook on the comments of our competition post or Instagram using the hashtag #LoakeFaithfulFriends by Midnight 8th September 2022.

On the 9th September, we will select our favourites and put out to a public vote – the picture with the highest number of likes, wins! Make sure to cast your vote by Midnight Thursday 15th September, as the winner will be announced on Friday 16th September

Terms

  1. This competition is open to UK residents only.
  2. This competition is open to persons aged 18 years or over, but excludes the participation of employees of Loake Brothers Limited, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the company.
  3. Multiple entries are permitted. But only one per person will be selected by the judges.
  4. The competition is open to anyone who has entered an image by posting in the comments section of the competition post on Facebook, or by using the hashtag #LoakeFaithfulFriends with your picture on Instagram. By using the #LoakeFaithfulFriends hashtags, you will be agreeing to the terms of the condition as outlined here.
  5. The competition opening date is Friday 2nd September 2022.
  6. The closing date to submit your entries is 23:59 (GMT) on 8thSeptember 2022.
  7. Finalists will be selected via a panel of judges at Loake, and selected images will be presented via gallery on Facebook for public vote on Friday 9thSeptember 2022.
  8. The image with the most ‘liked reactions’ on the post after 15th September (GMT) will be announced as the winner on Friday 16th
  9. Please note, by submitting an image into the competition, you are giving permission to Loake to use your image for promotional purposes such as, but not limited to, social media use, in store point of sale, and advertisements.
  10. This offer is subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
  11. The prize is a Luxury Loake Valet Box made up of: Cleaning Cloth, Metal Shoe-horn, Oiled/waxy leather protector, Suede cleaner, Suede protector, 6 x Saphir/Loake Shoe Creams: Black, Brown, Dark Brown, Conker Brown, Tan and Neutral, 2 x Small applicator brushes and 2 x Large polishing brushes.
  12. The winner will be notified via the platform of their submission (Facebook or Instagram direct message) on Friday 16th September 2022 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Loake within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Loake shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).
  13. Loake reserves the right to withdraw or change the terms of any special offers without notice. Events may occur that render the offer impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
  14. The prize will be sent to the winner by Loake via post.
  15. The name of the winner can be obtained after Friday 30th September 2022 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Loake Bros. Ltd. Wood Street, Kettering, Northants, NN16 9SN.
  16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
