Delivery & Returns

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Loake shoes you can return them to us FREE of charge via Royal Mail for a full refund.
Please note that orders placed online or over the telephone cannot be returned to our stores.

It is very important that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached. We cannot accept shoes for return where there is wear to the sole – we would advise trying shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.

Please complete the Returns Form contained with your original order and enclose it with your items to be returned.

Please repackage the shoes as appropriate and visit the Royal Mail link below to generate and print your own returns label:

Please attach this label securely to the parcel. Royal Mail parcels will need to be taken to a Royal Mail Post Office.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us.

Under Distance Selling Regulations you may, before the end of the statutory cancellation period (14 days from the day after you receive the goods), notify us by email at store@loake.co.uk that you wish to cancel your order. You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as previously mentioned.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
